4 rooms flat of 31m² in London

My partner and I are looking to rent out a room in our home whilst we go travelling for 3 months. We’re looking for one person (or potentially a couple) from 1 December - 28 February, though can be slightly flexible on exact dates. Price is £1,250 a month bills included. Needs to be comfortable with animals as will also involve looking after a very friendly cat! Details: This is a unique opportunity to rent a large flat for the price of a one bed. It’s a 4 bed flat set on two floors with a private entrance. Only 2 of the rooms will be open as we will leave our stuff in the other 2. Feels spacious, with an open plan kitchen living room and then a large bathroom with bath with shower head. Also has a small garden. A cleaner comes every two weeks which will be paid for. There is a resident cat called Maple who is very friendly and will need looking after as part of the agreement. She’s pretty low maintenance, with an automatic food feeder, but she is very sociable and loves company. Location wise we’re in the heart of Tooting Broadway, 5 minute walk from tube station. Northern line into central 30-40 mins. Very lively area with young people lots of nice restaurants and pubs nearby and excellent food and drink markets. We’re looking for someone who is friendly and respectful of our space and of course is a cat person! Drop a message if interested :)
