Welcome to our beautiful bouji flat, that we have completly refurbished. We are live out landlords and work in the threraputic world. We are looking for a couple who are mature, trustworthy and considerate. The flat can come furnished or unfurnished to suit you both. Bedroom one is the bigger of the two consisting of a double bed a wardrobe plus chest of drawers and is light and airy. Bedroom two is smaller with a ottoman bed for storage and built in rail space. The living room is snug and cosy. The kitchen is brand new and comes with dishwasher, oven and fridge freezer. The bathroom again is brand new with a beautiful bath and rain shower. The flat is centrally heated with a new boiler and very cheap to heat, and is bright and airy. It is located inThe vibrant Open Market in Brighton which is busy during the day but quiet at night. If required you can obtain a full parking permit (Zone Y) if not off street parking is available. The flat is an 8 minute walk to Brighton Station so ideal for commuters, we are literally on the door step for amazing restaurants and bars. There is also a constant bus service that even runs as far as Tunbridge wells. An added bonus is that we are a 10 minute walk to Brighton beach. We are looking for a couple that are in full time employment and will love and respect our little home. The flat is surrounded by a lovely friendly community which is rare nowadays.
