Very large (1,022 sqft) one-bedroom apartment in north Mayfair, just 150 yards from Grosvenor Square, Claridge's Hotel and Bond Street tube/crossrail station. Lower ground of a period Mayfair mansion block, with lots of natural light on both aspects. Second bedroom available on request, for higher rent (will be used to store my belongings otherwise). The master bedroom is en-suite, and there is also guest WC (which would also be the shower room for the guest bedroom). Finding someone responsible, who will take good care of the apartment, is more important than the rental income, but to broadly set expectations, the market rate for this apartment for a short-let is approx. £3,000/week. Unfortunately pets cannot be accommodated.
