1 room studio flat of 46m² in London

Pacific Court Studio – Sublet Available from late January to September next year. Long-term only — no short stays. Start date is flexible. Official contract required, and you must have student status. I’m planning to move because this might be my last year living in London, and after staying in student halls for so long, I’d really like to experience a more modern London apartment and live a bit closer to my school. So I’m looking for someone to take over this studio. Both neighbours on my left and right are super nice! The room faces a small courtyard, and beyond that is a quiet single-lane alley. If you’re worried about traffic noise, this is the perfect place. The heating works amazingly well and you can adjust the temperature yourself. There’s a 24-hour gym right across the street, and if you want, I can transfer my membership to you at a discount. There’s also a Tesco across the road. Stepney Green station is a 7-minute walk, and in the other direction it’s 10 minutes to Whitechapel station. There’s a big Sainsbury’s nearby that’s great for shopping. I’ve attached two photos of the view from the window, on sunny days it’s genuinely lovely to sit by the window and do coursework.
