2 rooms flat of 32m² in Vale of White Horse

This is an add for the whole flat not just a room. I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy, I am moving on the 1st week of January. Landlady will do a new tenancy agreement with whoever takes over. She will considers pets. Bills comes to £400 pcm for 2 people currently.
