The room benefits from a wonderful enclosed courtyard and grassed area which can be unusual in Edinburgh, is convenient for buses into the city centre but is slightly quieter than other parts of the city. It has a shared bathroom and kitchen. It is part of a small building tucked behind a bigger block of student accommodation, so it is lovely and quiet, and all of my flatmates are lovely!
