WHO will you be living with? In this House we have 1 female and 2 Males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals. HOUSE lay out The house has 5 rooms with a communal living area and Kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom, and every room has a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear with bike storage and parking is on street. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION The house is located on Portelet Street in and is situated just off Green Lane. Bus routes from the main road (Prescot Road) is five-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 25 minutes. LOCAL FACILITIES ASDA is only a 5-minute walk just on Green Lane. Aldi and Tesco Supermarket are also within walking distance from the property for your weekly shop. There are plenty of pubs, takeaways and convenience stores also just a stones throw away. PROCESS To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need. We also might request to do a credit check. MOVING IN Move in can be done the same week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
