Pass the Keys | Wonderful 3BR Townhouse Top Location Cafes (Available From: )
About this spaceExquisite 3BR townhouse in Belmont, a wonderful part of Belfast. You will find dozens of cafes, curios and eateries in the immediate vicinity and are just 8 minutes from the city centre on the very frequent bus. Stunning Victoria Park is close by for that lovely evening stroll/run.The house itself is a stunning red brick traditional Belfast townhouse with 3 big bedrooms, lots of communal space to relax in, and even a little patio in the back to enjoy those infrequent but glorious warm days! The SpaceBeautiful traditional red brick townhouse in Belmont - a very historical quarter of East Belfast. Inside you will find lots of room for your family/group.The living room has a very relaxing color scheme and plush comfortable sofas - perfect for curling up with a good book or watching your shows on our 50 inch TV.There is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining area so you can enjoy those home made meals (or takeaways from one of the many nearby eateries!) together. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms (1 super king and 1 double) as well as a very calming bathroom with full bath to soak in after a long day sightseeing. The top floor brings you to the third comfy bedroom which has a king bed.All beds will be made up with crisp white hotel quality linen and soft fluffy towels. Finally there is also a patio area at the back of the house if you do want to relax outside. You will also find the utility area (washing machine) outside the main house. The AreaBelmont is a fabulous area where the neighbors are lovely and everyone takes care of their homes! At the end of the road you will find many cafes and shops (we recommend Binkys for coffee and lunch and Sorellina if you like pizza).Just 5 minutes walk you will also find the last of the famous art deco cinemas of Belfast - the Strand. It is very much still open and we encourage you to visit as it is important to give it business in the face of its more multi-national competitors. The village of Ballyhackamore is 10 minutes walk and it has an even wider selection of bars, cafes and full on restaurants (you must try Bistro Este!).The city centre is easily reached by one of the very frequent buses and takes only 8 minutes.Victoria Park is located 5 minutes driver/15 minutes walk away and is a lovely circular walk around a lake and also has play park, basketball court, BMX track etc. All are free. It also hosts the Park run every Saturday morning.Guest accessGuests will have access to the entire house.Other things to noteAbsolutely no parties, no extra guests at any time without permission, and no excessively loud noise/music. Such occurrences will quickly be brought to our attention and the stay will be cancelled immediately without refund. We have to be strict on this policy as this is a residential area and we do not want to create a disturbance for our neighbors who are going about their day to day lives. Please do not book if you feel you cannot adhere to this.SupermarketsA variety of shops can be found on the Belmont Road at the end of the street just one minute walk away, including: Tesco Express (open [HIDDEN] Mon-Sun), newsagent, off-licence, butcher, green grocer, bakery. The Refill Quarter (zero-waste food shop). Two petrol stations within 1 minute drive from property on Holywood Road (Spar Petrol Station and Supermarket Open [HIDDEN] The Guillemot café and deli can meet both your brunch and artisan cheese buying needs in one.Local RestaurantsA variety of restaurants can be found in the Belmont Road area at the end of the street, including: The Belmont Bistro, Binkys, Slims Healthy Kitchen. Alternatively, a further selection of restaurants can be found in the Ballyhackamore area, around 10 minutes away, to name just a few: Cyprus Avenue (local cuisine), Bistro Este (bistro), Il Pirata (Italian), Alcapulco (Mexican), Neill's Hill (Basserie), The East Bengal (Indian), The Mandarin (Chinese). Kamakura (Japanese) near C.S. Lewes Square is a favourite of ours also. There are two local bars: Horatio Todds (a gastropub) or Bullhouse East (a microbrewery/ tap room) which also serves wood-fired pizza each within 10 minutes walk. A large assortment of cafes on Belmont Road including: Cafe Smart, Truffles, No. 36, Oliver's, Morning Martha. There are a variety of takeaways also, sorrelinas stone baked pizza, camillie Thai and mandarin city Chinese are particular favourites of ours. In Belmont and Ballyhackamore there are a a number of local ice cream shops that we would recommend. Lewes Square and The East Side Visitor Centre (10 minutes walk). C.S.
