On the ground floor is a comfortable sitting room with French doors to access the garden, a large dining room and a well-equipped modern kitchen and utility room. There is also a lovely bright conservatory with more seating that opens on to the pretty well kept garden. There is a king size bedroom on the ground floor, which benefits from access to a ground floor shower room. Up the stairs leads to a further three bedrooms, one king size, a twin, a single bedroom and a modern shower room.This is a great house for friends and family to get together and provides the perfect base to explore all that beautiful Bath has to offer.Parking is free on street outside the house.Well behaved dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £15 per dog, but please keep them downstairsAdditional rules- Extra guests are not allowed- No Parties- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated.
