In this House we have 4 females and all 4 are working professionals . HOUSE lay out The house has 6 rooms, a communal open living area and Kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom, and every room has a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear of the property also, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION The house is located on Walton breck road in L4. The property is only 10 minute bus journey from Liverpool city centre and is in an ideal location with transport links all around the north. LOCAL Amenities There are plenty of Convenience stores, Takeaways and pubs just a stones throw away. The property is just next to the famous Liverpool Football Stadium and is just a 2 minute walk away from Stanley park and lake for nice strolls Across the road is a Morrisons as well as Farmfoods and ASDA which are both just a 10 minute walk away. PROCESS To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can begin the application process. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need. MOVE IN Move in dates will be arranged once your application has been successful. Pro rata rent is payable depending upon the date you move in. We collect all rent on the 1st of every month. Deposits are registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing that the room is left in same condition as found.
