Nestled off the Dublin Road in the coolest part of Belfast and in the midst of some of the best restaurants, bars and entertainment in the city you will never have to venture too far to tempt your taste buds :) Then again, with high-tech touches, plush bedding, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a state-of-the-art jacuzzi bath with ambient lighting and Bluetooth speakers, we won't blame you for not venturing out at all! The space Overview We believe in the original Airbnb idea of offering people unique places to stay. That's why we have spent a lot of time and effort in renovating our apartment to offer our guests a truly memorable and relaxing stay. Having lived in Belfast for many years, we are well placed to offer a recommendation for pretty much anything so please ask! We believe Belfast is one of the great underrated European cities and if you leave with positive thoughts of our city, we will consider it a job well done :) Location Located just off the Dublin Road, you really will be perfectly placed for whatever brings you to Belfast. The main bus and train station is a five minute walk, as is Queens University and the city centre. There are many bars and restaurants on the Dublin Road and Botanic Avenue and we particularly recommend The Points for some great live Irish music and Guinness and Thai Village for some great authentic Thai food. As our apartment is located in a quiet side street, you will not be affected by any noise. The Apartment Extensive renovations completed November 2020 and no expense spared. Beautiful hardwood herringbone flooring, lovely pieces of local art, plush furniture and furnishings, very comfortable beds, beautiful dining table, lots of storage, a smart washing machine and dryer for your convenience, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up lovely home cooked meals. The Bathroom The bathroom we have created really does need its own section as this is where we have spent most of our time and effort. It features a state of the art Phoenix jacuzzi bath with 2 air flow controls, directional whirlpool jets, back and foot jets and even luxury colour kinetic underwater lights for really help you relax. We have also installed in the bathroom an independent remote controlled light where you can create dozens of light effects to suit your mood and a smart mirror with Bluetooth capability so you can soak in a perfect ambient atmosphere while listening to your favourite music or podcasts. This sanctuary really is the perfect place to unwind after a hard day at work or a busy day sightseeing. Cleaning To put your mind at ease during these strange times, our apartment is professionally cleaned and laundered by one of the top rated cleaning companies in Belfast and they adhere to Airbnb's strict new cleaning guidelines. In addition, our guests benefit from a private entrance. Convenience For your convenience, we provide self check in using the lockbox so don't worry if you get held up! Flexibility Oh and finally, check in is from 3pm and checkout 11am but please ask us before arriving and we will try to accommodate a bending of these rules. As seasoned travellers we know only too well how nice an early check in or late checkout can feel!
