WHO WILL YOU BE LIVING WITH 2 Females and 1 Male so far living here in their 20s, 2 work in banking and 1 a nurse, house is always kept very clean. HOUSE lay out The house has 4 rooms, 3 have their own bathroom and 1 has a off suite communal bathroom. The room currently free is an en suite. There is a lovely homely lounge and a brand new kitchen. The house was refurbished around 9 months ago so the house is very fresh. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION The house is located on Edge Grove Road street in L7 just a stones throw away from all of LJMU and Uni of Liverpool buildings. The royal hospital is also walkable in around 20 minutes (Depending how long your legs are). Bus routes from the main road (Kensington road and Prescot Road) are 5 minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 10 minutes. Edge Hill retail park and the Innovation park are 5 minute walk. LOCAL Amenities ASDA and TESCO are only a 10-minute walk just on Green Lane. Lidl, Home Bargains, Iceland, and McDonalds are a 10-minute walk just off Kensington/Prescot road traffic lights. There is a newsagent on prescot road which takes about 2-minute walk from the house. JD gym is the closest gym just off Edge Lane which is a 5-minute drive or 5-minute walk. PROCESS To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £250 deposit application. This secures your room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need. MOVE in Move in can be done next day if all relevant forms are filled in and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is made payable depending the date you move in. We collect all rent on the 1st of every month. Deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing that the room is left in same condition as found.
