Enter the property into the open plan kitchen and living room which is a beautiful room for dining and relaxing with views out to neighbouring gardens. On the ground floor is also a walk-in shower room. The large bedroom on the mezzanine floor is quirky with its beautiful beams, large windows and glass balustrade offering a bright and peaceful sleeping space. The bedroom has a high quality king sized bed to ensure a good night's sleep with hotel style linen and toiletries. Downstairs is the second bedroom accessed via a corridor off the main room. Outside are two private sitting areas perfect for enjoying a sun downer with views across the tended lawns and gardens of the host's property.Guest accessThere are two allocated car parking space just outside the property and you enter via a shared driveway with the property's sister holiday home. There is a local bus service at the end of the road, with buses to Chichester. It is advisable to have a car to get around as this is a rural location. Small well behaved dogs are welcome at this property but please note that we make a small charge for this and it is only by prior arrangement.Other things to note* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards and check-out time is before 10am. * Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog.
