Hi 👋 our home in St Werburgh's will be available from 7 December -7 April 2026, and will be £1500 excluding bills. Ideal for a couple, single person or two people sharing. The house is in the heart of St. Werburghs near the city farm, Narroways nature reserve, Mina park, Ashley Down train station. The house is on a peaceful and friendly residential street but just a short walk from shops, cafes, restaurants, post office, Asian supermarkets, IKEA etc. Your special requirements for good coffee, nice bakery, zero waste grocery, craft brewery can all be found within 2 mins walk! Our house is a furnished two double room Victorian house with bath, shower, washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. You'll have full use of the cosy open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room and leafy garden and garden office. Living room/dining area - Cosy but spacious open-plan setup with period features - Dining table and chairs - Comfy sofa and armchair - Projector and AV setup Kitchen - Fully equipped with everything you'd need - Washing machine - Fridge freezer - Toaster, kettle, blender - Coffee grinder! Bedrooms - One large double bedroom with super king sized bed, two wardrobes with hangers and space to keep clothes - One smaller single bedroom.
