We have one additional full bathroom a small toilet and sink downstairs.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to whip up great homemade meals and a large dining table for everyone to sit around and enjoy them! The main living room TV has smart features so you can catch up on all your shows and is adorned with three sofas so everyone can sit together and enjoy nice quality time.The living room leads to the lovely, spacious back patio and garden where you can enjoy that morning cuppa or evening cocktail and let the kids run around.There is enough parking for three cars at the house.The AreaThe house really is in a fabulous area - a quiet residential cul de sac but walking distance to the any bars, restaurants and cafes of the bustling Antrim Road and just 7 minutes drive/10 minutes bus to the city centre. North Belfast is also a great starting point if you are looking to take on the wider sights of Northern Ireland (. Giants Causeway) as it is close by to the main roads to take you there without the city centre traffic.CleaningTo put your mind at ease, our apartment is professionally cleaned and laundered by one of the top rated cleaning companies in BelfastConvenienceFor your convenience, we provide self check in using the lockbox so don't worry if you get held up!FlexibilityOh and finally, check in is from 3pm but if you need to check in earlier please ask and we will provide free of charge if possible.
