You'll be immediately struck by the space, large rooms and high ceilings. The rooms are all accessed off a large hallway.&The sitting room is a lovely room with two comfy sofas and a small table and chairs by the twin windows. There's a smart TV and there is also an internal study located off this room. The dining kitchen is a large separate room with a washing machine and diswasher. There's a small sofa and a dining table in this room.&There are three double bedrooms and threee bathrooms in this home. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, a desk and lots of space. There is another very large double bedroom at the back of the home with lots of cupboards and a smaller double which also has plenty of storage. There is a shower room and a separate bathroom with bath only.&This is an excellent home for the Edinburgh Festival.
