The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is also free parking on site.Guest Access:Guests have sole access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.The Neighborhood:The apartment is located in South Liverpool in the Canning Area. It is just a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus journey to the city centre, home to Liverpool One shopping Centre, The Beatles museum and the famous Cavern Club among other attractions. Even closer is the Georgian Quarter (10 minutes walk) A sought-after area of Liverpool, you will find artisan shops, independent bars and fabulous restaurants all on your doorstep. The Royal Albert Dock is also just 20 minutes away, home to many attractions including; Tate Liverpool, Titanic Memorial, Beatles Statue, Wheel of Liverpool and the British Music Museum.Getting Around:Most of Liverpool can be easily accessed on foot, for those that don't mind walking however there are also a number of bus routes servicing the road around the corner from the building - from here you can catch a bus to the city centre in 10 minutes. Liverpool Central Train Station is around 20 minutes away or a short taxi ride.Other Things to Note:The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 3 people. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to00:00,there is a £50 fee. · For check-ins between 00:00 to07:00,there is a £75 fee.
