This house is mid terrace designed to cater for families and groups of people and soon becomes very inexpensive to book, because of its fixed (whole house), pricing structure.It is a Budget stay property, professionally hard surface cleaned and linen is laundered but it is NOT Buckingham Palace, so it is NOT 5 Star Accommodation and doesn't pretend to be.Most hotels can wipe out your bank balance and then ask you for a second mortgage for a sandwich, that will leave you paying for your next bag of chips with a chequebook.So we have tried to give as much as we can for the budget conscious and it seems to be appreciated. So if you book 2 or 9 guests the price always remains reasonable, but the longer you book the more you can save. Therefore, It soon outperforms even many budget hotels, when comparing prices for groups of people.The house is compliant with Covid measures and is cleaned and laundered by separate professional cleaning companies and staff.Sorry though, although it can sleep 9 people .... no parties or Barbecues are allowed!It’s designed as a very nice place for a budget that’s tight.Eg: We took a snapshot of local prices onon Trivago*.in addition we offer, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Wi-fi, Netflix etc.(** Source: Trivagoand subject to changes).With those savings you could order food in via Uber Eats, visit a local restaurant supporting local business or utilise the kitchen facilities.It’s location may surprise you in regards to travel links, especially road and rail.For roads...It’s easily accessible to the M57 (j6) via the A506 which is great for Aintree Hospital staff or visitors and already sits alongside the A59 a major road into Liverpool or to Aintree racetrack and the M58 (j0) onto Skelmersdale or Preston.The East Lancs A580 is also quite close by.Which means it is a great starting point to get to Preston, Wigan, Southport or Warrington, Runcorn via the M62 etc.For rail... just leave your car outside and WALK around the corner to Orrell Park station and let Merseyrail take you on their network to Lime Street, James St, Moorfields and Central Station etc.Then you have busses, taxis and Über to choose from and obviously, as mentioned previously, your own vehicle.Enjoy everything Liverpool has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local.The area has its own railway station, (Orrell Park), just around the corner and Walton Vale shops at the end of the street.Trinity Tennis Club, (Members Only), is nearby, as well as Everton and Liverpool stadiums being linked to local transport.Aintree Racecourse is usually walked to in the better weather or order a taxi, Uber or catch the bus.So ideal for commute, shopping and planning your way around Liverpool or as far as Southport.This property has rather large room sizes.Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too!The Wi-fi is unlimited, very fast, (Virgin) and is available throughout the house.As a fully self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, Amazon Video, NowTv, Netflix and internet access.Most guests seem to bring their own devices so we pay for a great Wi-fi service to help you and all rooms have USB charging sockets to keep you occupied and charged up for your next journey.This house has 4 large bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 9.In the first bedroom, you will find a single bed.In the next bedroom, there is a single bed and a double bed.The third bedroom contains a single bed and a double bed.The fourth bedroom contains a double bed.There are 2 bathrooms.The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.Linen, towels, shampoo and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House rules :Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.Smoking is NOT allowed.Parties and Barbecues are NOT allowed.Parking: There is limited parking available, (at the front of the property) and obviously street parking also where available. (No permits currently required).Enclosed Rear Yard: The house does NOT have a garden, but instead a rear enclosed space, (Back Yard).Two washing machines and a condenser dryer are included for your use.Pets are allowed at the property.Just like thousands of hospitality outlets, throughout the UK, we are currently dealing with a nationwide backlog of maintenance appointments to be restarted, after which new and updated professional images will commissioned and published.To maintain transparency in these matters, please read the following notes...1. Our current images depict a bright green sofa set in the living room, these are now replaced by cherry red leather alternatives, due to the originals being damaged. 2. The outside rear back yard has a shared side party wall, which has now undergoing repairs. This is now awaiting completion, so the functionality of the rear courtyard is currently limited.As owners we only want our guests to make good savings and enjoy their stay, that’s why we are fully transparent about these things.
