Luxury Double Room in Essex (Has a House)

Hi!Im a live in landlord and a remote worker, I live in a new build home in a nice quiet area.-Witham station is a 5/6 minutes drive away (45 mins into London)-Chelmsford is an 8 minute drive away -Aldi is a 5 minutes walk-A 20 minute walk into town Im looking for a female to rent out one of my double rooms. Preferably a full time worker (not remote) and some one who is not a smoker.( couples, smokers and men will not be considered ) The room is fully furnished with a chest of drawers, a double ottoman bed, a large mirror and a clothes rail. I have an en-suite so youll have use of the guest bathroom.The ideal person will need to be very clean, hygienic, considerate and tidy.There are parking bays you are welcome to use.I have a cavapoo puppy.
