(There is a bedbound elderly man that sleeps downstairs on the other side of our wall). Any violations will lead to the reservation being cancelled, and with immediate eviction from the property. House Rules:1. No smoking inside premises2. Pets are not allowed3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying, no visiting guests without prior consent (cost applies for additional guests)4. No parties, loud music or events allowed5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am6.
