At the rear is a large paved garden, which extends around the side of the house.The AreaThe house is well located, roughly in the middle between Brixton, Camberwell, and Oval, so you can head to any of these areas for entertainment and food shopping etc.Brixton is twenty minutes walk away, where you can catch a movie at the Ritzy, or a quick meal in one of many small restaurants in the famous Brixton Village. A similar distance in the other direction is Camberwell, home of many great local restaurants, and some of the best falafel in London. The nearest pub is the Crown and Anchor, (five mins. from the house), which specialises in craft and imported beer.The Co-op, Tesco, a large Morrisson's and a LIDL are all a short walk from the house. Alternately, there are various independent grocery shops in Camberwell and Brixton, and outdoor markets in Myatt's Fields and Oval at the weekend.
