Please note there are 2 types of deposit as option:
Traditional deposit – An amount of £500 to be paid upfront and registered with the DPS. These funds will be held until the end of your agreement and returned to you should there be no damages within the apartment or arrears on your account.
Reposit – A more affordable option compared to the usual deposit schemes. We will require one week’s rent (Non-Refundable). With our partnership with Reposit, you can skip the hassle of a cash deposit and save money upfront by simply paying a Reposit fee. To be eligible for Reposit you need to pass reference checks and an identity verification.

A holding fee of GBP 95.00 is required upon booking to secure your room. This then goes towards your first months rent which will be due just before you move in.
