Enclosed garden area with patio furniture and parking for one car.The spacePirates Point is a newly furnished Grade II listed holiday cottage situated on the beachfront of Selsey in West Sussex. The 18th century cottage can be found down a secluded lane on the end of a row of terraced cottages that were originally built for the village coastguards.My property sleeps up to 5 guests (two double bedrooms in the main cottage and a sofa bed in the studio) and is located just a short walk from Selsey High Street.Ground FloorEntrance porch leads into the kitchen with stairs up to the first floor.The large kitchen is a traditional farmhouse kitchen with a dining table seating up to 5 guests. Use of appliances includes an oven, electric hob, fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle and toaster.The cosy sitting room has a large comfortable sofa, arm chair and a smart TV (you will need to use your own log in details to access the apps) and DVD player.Upstairs you will find two beautifully furnished bedrooms (one king and one double) with lovely views over the surrounding farmland and sea. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space with wardrobes and chests of drawers. The main bathroom is between the two bedrooms (up a few extra steps) with a bath with hand shower, WC and basin.There is a small enclosed garden area with patio furniture and a furnished studio where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the spectacular vistas. Inside the studio is a sofa bed, suitable for a fifth guest, which can be made up on request at the time of booking.There is also a WC and shower room outside for washing off the sea and sand after a day spent on the beach. A lovely base to explore the local area, Pirate's Point is also perfect for those looking to sit back and unwind in the cosy sitting room or out on the sun-drenched patio.Parking is available for one car, beside the cottage.There will be some complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for you which I am sure will be welcome for those arriving after a long journey!Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, loo roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a local convenience store on the High Street.Guest accessGuests have access to the whole property. Access to the cottage is down a private gravel road, and there is space for one car beside the cottage. Access to the cottage is through the archway and the front door is the first porch door.Other things to noteCheck In / Check OutCheck in time is after 4pm and check out is before 10am. Please be sure to check out on time so that there is no disruption to my cleaner's schedule. Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.PetsPirates Point is the perfect spot for dog walkers and so we happily welcome all well behaved pets - they will enjoy the beautiful beaches and scenic walks almost as much as you!
