Queen's Square, Belfast - Amsterdam Apartments for Rent

Stunning 1BR Apt in No 1 Location with Free Parking (Available From: )
About this space Exquisite one bedroom apartment in the heart of Belfast's historic Cathedral Quarter. Furnished to the highest standard you will love the spacious interior, plush furnishings, brand new breakfast bar, and private balcony offering great city views. On your doorstep you will find the best eateries, bars, cafes and theatres this beautiful city has to offer and although we offer free parking, the central location means all tourist attractions such as Titanic Museum are easily walkable :) The space Location Our apartment is located in what is without doubt the most amazing part of an amazing city. It is in the city centre and specifically the Cathedral Quarter so benefits from its very close proximity to Belfast's most famous bars, restaurants, music venues and theatres (we recommend Michelin starred Muddler's Club!) For all major attractions in Belfast such as Titanic Museum, City Hall, and Crumlin Gaol it is very much possible (and recommended!) to walk but if you want a taxi or Uber, these are plentiful and very reasonable. In addition the very convenient open-top tourist bus stops very close by to the apartment and this is a fantastic way to get to know the city. Although you are close to the action, our 6th floor location means you will not be troubled by any noise. Free parking provided! The Space This truly is one of the best one bedroom apartments available in Belfast. Our apartment is located on the 6th floor and been refurbished with new and very comfortable furnishings. Relax in the living room with VERY comfy sofa and flatscreen TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, take a long hot shower in the new bathroom suite after a full day sightseeing, or relax on the crisp white sheets on the soft and cosy double bed. Sumptuous furnishings and a large bedroom adds to the very spacious feel of the apartment. The feature piece - the brand new breakfast bar set against an exposed brick backdrop provides the perfect place to enjoy those home cooked meals. You will also have access to a Juliette balcony and the beautiful views that come with it. This feature adds to the airiness and spaciousness of the whole apartment. Check in For your convenience, entry is via lockbox so you can arrive at any time after 3pm (Don't worry if you get held up!), there is free secured parking and there is a free-to-use washing machine in case you are in the midst of a longer trip. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space. *Please note that one of the beds is a sofa bed in the living room. It is very comfortable but please ensure this is appropriate for your stay* Other things to note Absolutely no parties, no extra guests at any time without permission, and no excessively loud noise/music. Such occurrences will quickly be brought to our attention and the stay will be cancelled immediately without refund. We have to be strict on this policy as this is a residential area and we do not want to create a disturbance for our neighbors who are going about their day to day lives. Supermarkets Lidl supermarket is a 4 minute walk on High Street. Local Restaurants You are in the epicentre of Belfast restaurants and there are too many to name but I will list our faves! Budget - Pizza Punks; Mid range - Six by Nico; High end - Muddlers Club. A new place that has just opened up is Common Market which is very close by. It is a collection of food outlets that also sell alcoholic and soft drinks and has a very good vibe. Local Attractions St Anne's Cathedral is well worth a visit for its architecture. Cathedral Quarter bars are world famous and are right on the doorstep. Be sure to stop by the Duke of York for great Guinness and music. All of Belfast's major attractions such as Titanic Museum and Crumlin Road Gaol are easily walkable. Trains Lanyon Place Station and Great Victoria Street Station are each 10-15 mins walk away Buses Queens Square - many buses stop right in the square Key Selling Points Recent 30K refurb, and excellent location IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog.
