It is close to the hospital and transport links so it is in the ideal location with everything to grasp at your fingertips. Shared areas in the house include a very large kitchen / diner and there will also be a living room at the back. There is a shared garden at the rear too should you want to hang out with friends or housemates in summer or simply store your bicycle in a safe place.
