The room comes with its own sink and fridge. In addition, there are two communal kitchens for housemates to use with cooking facilities, a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 9 rooms in total in the house with two shared bathrooms with showers, and a total of 4 toilets for the household, together with a communal lounge downstairs with access to the rear patio area. We have a weekly cleaner for all of the communal spaces. All bills are included in the price including unlimited, fibre broadband. The house is fully licensed with the council. It's a great location, close to shops and the seafront but on a quiet residential street. Most of the housemates have been here a long time and the atmosphere is calm, peaceful and respectful.
