Tesco Extra is less than a minute's walk away and open until Midnight most days with in-store pharmacy, cash machine, Costa and more. The Merry Hill shopping centre is just 2 miles away. Cradley Heath train/bus station is a 3 min drive/10 min walk away with direct trains to Birmingham Snow Hill station. When you arrive, you will be met with a large, bright and modern hallway with the Notice Board on the wall displaying a variety of helpful information. A few people have described the building as feeling quite 'hotel-like' due to it's presentation and we receive a lot of praise for it from existing tenants and visitors. We have a furnished, ensuite, double bedroom on the second floor becoming available from around October 25th - complete with wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and double bed. The ensuite has all modern amenities including heated towel rail and an extra large shower cubicle. Water, wifi, Council Tax and laundry facilities are all included within the rent. You only pay your room's electricity on top which is calculated by the meter in each room. We also have an excellent live-in cleaner that cleans the communal areas (kitchens, laundry rooms and hallways) once a week. The large, shared kitchen has 2 seating areas (casual and for dining) and a shared TV. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, tumble drier and vacuum cleaner. There is also CCTV in the communal areas for added security. The building is fully licensed with Sandwell Council until 2029. All residents have their own assigned fridge and cupboard space and a policy of 'use it, wash it, put it away' to keep things running nicely. The bin-emptying and laundry room also work on a rota system which works well. This is a clean, tidy building and we are looking for someone with similarly high standards, to join the existing friendly and professional tenants.
