Rent a room in Derby

Each studio includes: - Double bed - Kitchenette - En-Suite shower room - Built in double wardrobe - Lounge / sitting area Each room will be fully furnished and inclusive of all bills except electric. The electricity used for the room is chargeable monthly and will be invoiced using a sub metre. A large washing machine and tumble dryer will be supplied in a communal area for use by all residents. Each tenant will have use of the communal garden and there is an Intercom entry system to enhance the safety for all the residents.
