We are pleased to offer a room in a shared house, located close to Nottingham University and local amenities. Bus and tram stops are close by for easy city centre access. There is a shared kitchen bathroom and sitting room. The well equipped kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven with hob and extractor and has a microwave, a door leads out to the shared rear garden. Room 1 is located on the ground floor and furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. Permit parking is available.
