Bedroom Two is located at the rear of the property and has a double bed which can be separated into two twin beds. Bedroom Three is located at the front of the house and has a single bed with bedside cabinet and an original built in wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with a separate toilet. Downstairs the Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, slo-cooker and traditional gas cooker as well as other useful appliances and equipment. There is a separate Dining Room next door to the kitchen, (which also makes a nice Study) and a cosy Lounge with a 38" Smart TV (in a TV cabinet) which is located at the front of the house. A new Viessmann Boiler operates the Heating and Hot Water using the weather compensation system. Not your traditional boiler instead the boiler works smartly. When the temperature changes outside, the boiler responds before the temperature indoors changes, and starts to increase or decrease the radiator temperature to compensate. The house is located in a peaceful, private close inside the "Golden Triangle", a few minutes walk away from the historic 3 mile long walk, perfect for those who love to take daily exercise in the fresh air! There are buses that go to Central London from bus stops located on the road at the end of the close. For Business travellers: Slough is 3 miles away and heathrow is just 15 minutes drive via the M4 Windsor has excellent rail connections. Windsor Central Station is located just opposite Windsor Castle. Trains from this station connect with the mainline station at Slough, just a few minutes journey. At Slough you can change for London Paddington or the west coast mainline. This is the fastest way to get from Windsor to London, although you will need to take a short underground journey from Paddington if you are travelling into central London. Windsor and Eton Riverside Station is located at the bottom of the hill below the castle, a few minutes walk. Trains from this station link directly with London Waterloo, a journey of approximately 55 minutes. Services from Paris, Brussels and Lille arrive and depart from Waterloo. Location Highlights The main highlights are of course the Castle, St. Georges Chapel, the Changing of the Guard and the Long Walk, the river boat trips, and Legoland! There are also lots of other really interesting things to do, such as the Queen's Walkway Heritage Trail, The Tour of Eton College and the Museum of Eton Life, The beautiful Virginia Waters, are a 15 minute drive away, near Runnymeade, where the historic Magna Carta was signed. Horse and Carriage Rides in the summer and masses of autumn leaves and conkers. Windsor is a great place to visit for a holiday with lots more to do than is mentioned here.
