Please ensure you review the Pet section under 'Other things to note' before booking with your pet to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.Additionally, a travel cot and high chair are available for an additional cost, ensuring a stress-free stay for younger families.Guest accessThis pretty stone detached cottage is available for the exclusive use of our guests.Other things to noteThe wifi is currently operated by a reliable O2 mobile router while we wait for super-fast broadband to be fitted.The heating & hot water is controlled by Google Nest. You will need to download the app if you wish to make any adjustments - the app will provide a thorough walk through on how it works.Please be advised, there is no handrail along the top half of the stairs.We welcome up to 3 pets for an extra charge of £30 for 1 dog, £50 for 2 dogs or £70 for 3, bowls and a welcome pack are provided. Please ensure the pets box is ticked when selecting the number of guests.Please kindly consider our house rules if you bring your dog:- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained- Please keep your pets off the beds & soft furnishings- Any fouling on premises must be cleared up please as quickly as possible- Muddy paws are to be cleaned before entering the house- Dogs must not be left alone in the property, thank youWe can also supply a travel cot & high chair for an additional cost of £25 per stay, please kindly request these at the time of booking.IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog.
