1 room studio flat of 23m² in London

Hello! I’m exploring the idea of travelling for a month or so before the end of the year. I’m kind of flexible on dates so please shoot me offers! I’m hoping the prospective subletter is a cat person as I have a lovely cat that I would love for you to look after!! (hence the discounted price) . For this reason, I will be very selective with who I give the place to but I think for the right person it could work well. He’s super easy and really would only require you to feed him once in the morning and evening as he spends most of his time outside :) It’s a small one bedroom ground floor flat, separate living room with an en suite for the bedroom. There is access to a shared garden. Huge TV with 1GB internet speeds. 7 min walk to West Norwood train station (trains to Victoria 20 mins, London Bridge 25 and Peckham 15 mins. 15 min walk to Streatham hill station. Close bus stops to Clapham or Brixton taking drinks 15-20 mins. Quiet residential street I was thinking of getting rid of the coffee table seen in the pics although I can leave it if you would like! Same applies to the desk. I will be taking the PC but I am happy to remove the desk if you would like more space. Any questions, please shoot me a message!
