1 room studio flat of 36m² in London

Hello! I have some time off work and I’d like to sublet my flat whilst I travel. 1250 rent 100 council tax 100 bills I’m kind of flexible with dates as long as stay starts in the next two weeks and ends before mid November. Ideal dates for me 5/10 - 5/11. It’s a small one bedroom ground floor flat, separate living room with an en suite for the bedroom. There is access to a shared garden. 7 min walk to West Norwood train station (trains to Victoria 20 mins, London Bridge 25 and Peckham 15 mins. 15 min walk to Streatham hill station. Close bus stops to Clapham or Brixton taking drinks 15-20 mins. Quiet residential street I was thinking of getting rid of the coffee table seen in the pics although I can leave it if you would like! Same applies to the desk. I will be taking the PC but I am happy to remove the desk if you would like more space. Any questions, please shoot me a message!
