Ideally professionals with regular income streams. House Description This Victorian terraced house 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom terraced house in a great location. This Victorian house built in 1895 will be entirely yours during the tenancy. It's perfectly suitable for a couple with an easy commute into East and Central London, and have somewhere quiet and spacious to relax in the evenings. There is a garden, but it hasn't been deweeded for a while, so is not really usable, however, the tenant is welcome to clean it up themselves if they would like to make use of the space. Utilities Gas and Electricity included. (Smart thermostat controls the temperature throughout the day to a comfortable level). Council Tax included. Water bill included. WiFi: There is a 150MB upload/download connection from Community Fibre with a strong signal throughout the house. Parking: Permits are required Mon - Fri 10am - 2pm.
