Cozy double room with a private bathroom available for single occupancy in a well maintained Victorian house. This amazing property briefly consist of 5 furnished rooms, all with either en-suite or private bathroom. The double room is located on the ground floor with the private bathroom being outside of the room. The room consists of a bed, bedside table, closet, desk and chair. The kitchen is also located the ground floor, that leads to the back garden. The room is for single occupancy only. Charges: Utility Bill The electric and Gas portion of the all-inclusive bill is capped at £250 per calendar month for the property or an average of £50/room/month. Should the monthly households utility bill ever exceed this amount, the Landlord will invoice the Tenant for his or her portion of the overspend, and will add to it a £15 admin charge for the first and subsequent reminders. Payment must be made by the Tenant to the Landlord as a bank transfer within 14 days of request. Cleaning, missing or broken item charges:  Failure to clean your bedroom at the end of your tenancy will result in a minimum of £50.00 charge.  Failure to empty all of your belongings from the property at the end of your tenancy will also result in a minimum of £50.00 charge.  Missing or broken/stolen keys will be charged at £35per key.  Missing or broken mattress protectors will be charged at £25.  Missing or broken smoke alarm will be charged at £100.  Missing or broken light bulbs will be charged at £10 each.
