We're moving abroad and are looking for someone to take over our lease, which runs until August 2026 (with the option to extend). 1 bed apartment (33 m2) in lovely neighbourhood, 1 minute from Victoria Park and the amenities of its village. Welcoming community here within the building also. 10 mins bus from Bethnal Green, 15 mins walk to Mile End, 15 mins walk to Hackney Wick. If you decide to move forward, I'll pass your details on to the agency and they will manage the process from there (it'll be a change of name on the tenancy) and then they will also provide property management for you during your tenancy.
