1 room of 21m² in Trowbridge

The room is a small studio with own entrance, bedroom area with double bed, living area and small space to eat and cook as well as a compact wet room. It is fully furnished, The room will be your own space from 2pm Monday - 11am Friday (4 nights stay) and is often used by the homeowner at weekends. The exact arrival and departure times are of course negotiable. A small amount of personal items are also able to be left in the room or at the property (where I live next door) over the weekends which is also negotiable. If you are only needing 3 nights stay, please ask as everything is negotiable. The price is £40pn so for 3 nights per week is £520.00 and 4 nights is £700.00 We'd rather only rent the room to single professionals but single students are also a possibility if they can prove payment methods. The room is available for long or short term and can be on a rolling weekly or monthly basis. We accept smokers but there is strictly no smoking in the property, There is a small outside space with a small table & chair to the front of the property for you to use. Bills are included in the price such as Electric, water, council tax etc... You also have access to the house WIFI which works in the whole of the room. There is currently no TV which we have not yet had an issue with but again, this is something that can be considered. Any questions, feel free to message me, anything can be negotiated so don't be scared to ask! There are direct train links from Trowbridge to Bath/Bristol/Swindon/Chippenham/London etc... Bath and Chippenham are both roughly 30 min drive, Frome and Melksham are around 15 mins, Bradford on Avon iis 10 mins. There is a small Morrisons about a 4 minute walk from the property. TK maxx, curries, a large cinema, Indian, Chinese, fish & chips and other takeaways as well as the town centre and local restaurants such as Prezzo, Wagamamas, Nandos, Frankie & Benny's all within around a 15min walk/5 min drive.
