2 rooms house of 1673m² in Bristol

We are looking for a professional couple or individual who are respectful and tidy to rent our lovely little house in St George. It’s on a busy road but free on street parking is available a 2 min walk away. The house has 2 bedrooms (a double and a small single) but we are only looking for 2 people maximum to live in the house. It is fully furnished including white goods. There is a small outside space on the ground floor. *BILLS* Bills will remain in our name but will be covered by the new tenants. Depending on usage they are around £300 per month on average. We are looking for the new tenants who are wanting a long term rental in Bristol as we are living in Australia and have committed to at least 2 years away. It’s a great house, very close to St George’s Park, ALDI, and all the great food and drink on Church Road. We are doing interviews and viewings of the house in the next few weeks and will need 2 x references and payslips from each prospective tenant. Please get in touch if you think you’d be a good fit ☺️
