Looking for 2 tenants to take over our 2 bed furnished property on Heron Drive - a 20 min walk to UoN, 10 min walk to Lidl, close to the bus and tram lines and close to town. This semi-detached house has: 2 bedrooms (complete with built in wardrobes with double mirror doors) and a separate study (with additional storage) A large lounge downstairs (with 2 arm chairs, a sofa, coffee table and dining table and 4 chair set) with French doors into a spacious garden with a patio area (which came with a washing line and a garden table and set of chairs) A kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and bath and an additional toilet downstairs The property also has a driveway, with enough parking for 2 cars, free on-road parking and a garage. The house comes fully furnished. We have lived in this house as a postgrad student and young professional, also suitable for undergrads. Happy to discuss alternative start dates if people are interested in moving in earlier. If renting to students council tax is not applicable, the property is in band C. Bills are not included in the rent price indicated but the estate agents (Cunningham Lettings) are willing to discuss a bills inclusive package if interested.
