The property is located in the very desired area Moortown and just Located just off Harrogate Road close next to supermarkets, main bus stops and 15 minutes from St James Hospital. The house comes with street parking- no restrictions. Maximum Occupancy is 2 Adults and unfortunately not suitable for individual(s) working from home due to myself covering all the bills and rates.
