This is a 5 bedroom. House which is fully furnished . There are two toilets and bathrooms, a large kitchen and large living room all furnished . I would like to rent the house officially to one or two friends or a family, as the case may be, for a rent of £1600. There would also be last month's payment of £1600, which in some sense will be the security deposit, as I would not be staying in the house . The amount to be paid does not include the bills. The tenants would be responsible for the payment of bills. The property should be available for tenants to move in the first week of October. The property is about a 20-minute walk to Nottingham city centre and about a 30-minute walk to the train station. The Bus stop from the house is about 2minutes walk.
