1 room of 13m² in London

My home is a maisonette spread across two floors. The bedroom you would occupy (16 ft x 12ft, three windows) is an all inclusive - has a double bed, a sofa, wardrobe, desk and chair, bedside cabinet, 2 spare chairs and bookshelves. You would share my bathroom, garden and kitchen. The bathroom has a bath and a surprisingly powerful shower. The room is available for five nights - Monday to Friday. It would be preferable if there was no working from home as I often work from home too, but happy to discuss further. It is a comfortable, clean and stylish home. I would provide all the bedding and towels each week, and the room would be cleaned each weekend. If you do happen to be a smoker, there is the garden for you. I am 52, very sociable and amenable to an occasional supper. I don't often have friends around during the week as I am working so I live quite quietly. The nearest station is Nunhead - 8 minute walk. This goes to Victoria and the other line goes to Luton. Peckham Rye station is about 13 mins away. I use both stations. The Peckham Rye station also has the Victoria and Luton line, plus it has a ten minute train to London Bridge and the London overground - a selection of four lines. You can also get to Clapham Junction from Peckham Rye and travel West. There are many buses that take you into town, central, east and also West. Nunhead lies in a triangle with Peckham and East Dulwich. Peckham Rye Park is two minutes away, and Peckham ten minutes which has many shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities. East Dulwich is a ten minute walk and has many shops and restaurants too. They are both areas with a little bit of something for everyone. Nunhead is small with a few restaurants and lovely local shops which cover the essentials, including a co-op and three small groceries, two dry cleaners and a post office.
