1 room studio flat of 29m² in Dundee

I’m Sam and I’m staying at Discovery Studios, which is 2 minutes walk from the train station and 7 minutes walk from Dundee Uni or Abertay Uni. Currently I’m looking for a person (student only) to take over my tenancy of a classic plus studio. It’s on the second floor, west-facing. Bills are included. Everything in the apartment is brand new because this place was newly built last summer. There’s public area, cinema room, laundry, and study spaces.
