Appliances there is double oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine with French doors to one end leading out to Private Rear Patio with outdoor furniture, perfect to relax of a summers evening. Up to First Floor, Family Bathroom with attractive roll top bath and separate shower and WC. Bedroom Three, is a double room with double bed and has a Peloton cycle machine for any guest to use. Bedroom Two is a large double bedroom with Kingsize bed. Just a short walk you have many independent shops, bars, bakeries and restaurants plus the Coop supermarket is nearby too. There are good transport links nearby with buses being frequent and serving other areas of Brighton and walking distance to Brighton Station with its London links.
