The flat is also a 5 minutes walk to the Epping forest, perfect if you like running, hiking and forest bathing. Your personal space has own entrance lead to a hall way, door to your studio room and a door to own shower room. The studio has a kitchenette, sink, undercounter mini fridge, washing machine, single high sleeper bunkbed with build-in cloth rail, storage shelfs, desk and folding chair. Single electric hob, kettle and some essentials are included, you can also get mini oven/air fryer/microwave...etc for cooking. The window has a lovely partial view over the reservoir.
