Hi, I’m looking for a long term tenant for my lovely little studio flat just off Stoke Newington Common. Here’s what i love about living there and hopefully you will too! : - The flat has been refurbished to a high standard with new appliances, solid oak worktops, real hardwood flooring and a new rain shower. - Fountayne Road is a beautiful tree lined street. - Coming up to the house feels like you treated yourself to a fancy air bnb. - Inside is small but well laid out and doesn’t feel cramped like others I’ve seen. - You get the morning sun through the bathroom window (with a view at a palm tree) and the evening sun through the living room window (overlooking the rear garden) - Lovely neighbours in the house. - Cleaners look after the communal hallway and front garden, so it’s always nice and tidy. - Close to Stoke Newington High Street / Church Street. - Short walk to Rectory Road and Stoke Newington Station. - Always parking spaces available outside the house. - Legendary Londis N16 Supermarket next door. Anju’s home cooked food alone is worth moving in for! Bills are cheap too, being a small and energy efficient place. I used less than £5/week each in electricity and gas. Comes with a queen size bed frame if wanted. There also is a handy built in wardrobe with a large mirror. The flat is available from the 22nd of August, however I’m flexible with the exact move in date. Between the 15th of August and 1st of September is possible too ;) Thanks Alex
