1 room flat of 48 m² in Huyton

Hi my name is Jessica and I have 2 children.I work at a school and I have been hosting foreign students for a number or years. The house is a semi detached house in a greener part of Liverpool. There is a bus or a train that will get you into the city centre. The house has 5 bedrooms and I am only currently renting one room out. It's a bright room on the ground floor with en-suite. You also have your own entrance. The house is in a nice quiet street with lots of parking in the drive up to 4 cars.The house has Wifi and is a very friendly and lively household. I live very close to hospitals and train station. Good transport links to Manchester as well. Any questions just ask. We also have a dog called Ruby too.
