1 room studio flat of 46 m² in London

The top floor in our house is converted to a studio unit/apartment. This unit has recently been renovated so it is brand new. The unit has its own bathroom, fully-equipped kitchennette, multiple windows which allow sunlight in throughout the day. This is in a quiet and safe area. Behind the building there is a large park which is convenient to go for a walk. Nearby stations include Brent Cross West, Cricklewood, Kilburn, Golders Green. Landlords live in the same building but downstairs. We are looing for someone who is respectful of the quiet living space. We are also a no smoking & no pet household.
