1 room studio flat of 27m² in London

Hi Everyone, I’m moving out of my lovely studio flat in Hounslow and I am looking for someone to take it over as soon as possible. It's newly refurbished and completely self-contained, so you have your own kitchen and bathroom. It also gets loads of natural daylight and feels very peaceful and private. It’s honestly a great little space if you like having your own place at an affordable price. It’s just a 3-minute walk to Hounslow East station (Piccadilly Line, including the Night Tube on weekends), which gets you into Central London in around 30 minutes and to Heathrow Airport in about 10 minutes - perfect if you work in the city or at the airport. The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric stove/oven, large fridge and washing machine. The studio also contains fitted wardrobes and has plenty of additional storage space. I currently have a sofa bed here and a dining table set which I can leave for a small additional price, or I’m happy to take it with me if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture. Electricity, gas and water bills are all included! Council tax is separate (Band C). I’m looking to move out ASAP, so priority will be given to anyone who can move in on March 9th.
