Available December January 31st. The studio will come furnished with bedding, towels, a duvet, plates, cups, and everything you need to cook a meal. Bills will remain in my name and will be rechargeable retrospectively - this is all bills including council tax, broadband, gas, electric, and water. This will come to around £250/month in winter but likely less, especially in summer. A perfectly located studio in the thick of Dalston - walking distance to several overground stations as well as London Fields, Victoria Park, Broadway Market, and all of the East London must-do's. This apartment contains absolutely everything like bedding, towels, pots and pans, etc and is move-in ready. Suited to someone who is coming to London for a semester or a set period of time so that you don't have to buy a load of stuff to throw away. The studio itself is modern, with high end fixtures and fittings, with a floor to ceiling wardrobe with bi-folding doors. A lot more storage than is standard. The bathroom is very spacious and there is also a skylight above the bed. I have laid down in the bed a few times and have not found the ceiling overbearing, but this won't be for everyone.
